RETURNS

We want you to love your Loum purchase. If you are not totally satisfied, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. No need to return the product back to us.

To begin the return process please send an email customerservice@loumbeauty.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you wish to make a return after 30 days of purchase date, you will receive store credit.

If you would like to send the product back to us, you will need to pay for shipping. We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please Note: only items purchased on www.loumbeauty.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased your Loum Beauty product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.


EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange a product for the same item, please follow our return policy and you will be refunded for the original purchased product. Then you can purchase the new item. If your product arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace the product at no additional cost.


REFUNDS

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund after 5-10 business days we recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@loumbeauty.com
