Rose Quartz - This iconic crystal is connected to the heart chakra and is known as the stone of love. It’s often used as facial tools because it helps to promote a soothing feeling of self-love.
Before use make sure to cleanse your face, and apply serum and moisturizer. Using the Gua Sha apply strokes evenly against skin, and work from the center of the face moving outwards and upwards. For a cooling effect, store in the fridge before use.
Here’s how to incorporate Gua Sha into your skincare routine:

- Awaken Glow Elixir Oil - use daily across face and neck for long-lasting nourishment. If using with Gua Sha, use a little extra product to help Gua Sha to glide easily over the skin
Keeping the Gua Sha flat against skin, start at the center of brows and gently stroke upwards. Using the flat side of the tool, move to the center of the face and smooth Gua Sha across the skin, outwards and upwards. Use ribbed side of Gua Sha along jawline. For a cooling effect, place Gua Sha in the refrigerator before use to help with de-puffing and inflammation.
